Grown by smallholder farmers in Medellin, Antioquia, this coffee comes from an altitude of 1300–1500 meters. Its mix of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia and Typica varieties reflects the character of its origin.
The beans are fully washed and dried in solar dryers to help protect them from rain. They grow in volcanic loam soil, adding more detail to the story behind each cup.
