Grown in Peru’s Piura and Amazonas regions by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino, these beans come from elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters. A blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties gives this coffee its distinctive regional character.

The coffee is gully washed and sun-dried, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. Clay mineral soil is part of the growing conditions behind each cup.
