Enjoy Nicaragua coffee roasted to a medium level, with cocoa, floral and citrus tones that bring character to every cup. Its tasting profile makes it a lovely choice when you want a coffee with both comforting depth and bright notes.

This coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Molino Norte, Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Grown at altitudes of 900–1590 metres in clay mineral soil, it reflects the character of its growing region.

The blend includes Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor and Parainema varieties. The beans are fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, then dried on patios and raised beds.
